Why I Created Her Safe Space?

I’m Veronica — a teacher, behaviour therapist, and a little introvert who remembers how hard it was to feel like I belonged. I changed friends often, pretended to care about things I didn’t, and felt like I had to perform just to fit in.

Her Safe Space is what I wish I had growing up — a place where girls could be soft, sensitive, awkward, unsure… and still be enough.

I’m not here to fix anyone. I’m here to be a friend, hold space, and help girls realise they don’t have to change to belong.

Her Safe Space is a wellbeing circle — not therapy, not school. Just a soft, guided space where your daughter can be herself.

FAQs

  • No, never. There is no pressure to speak or turn on cameras in any session. Girls are welcome to simply listen, type in the chat, or engage however feels most comfortable for them.
We believe that just being in the space — hearing others, feeling safe — is powerful, even in silence.

  • No, Her Safe Space is not therapy. It’s a gentle, guided community space.
We offer structured conversations, reflective thinking, and soft group connection — led by Veronica, a qualified educator and behaviour therapist — but this is not clinical or therapeutic intervention.
We do, however, create an emotionally safe environment that supports self-worth, connection, and belonging.

  • Yes! We offer a two-week free trial for all new members.
This gives your daughter time to explore the space, meet her circle, and see how she feels — without any obligation to continue.
If she chooses to stay, you’ll be invited to continue with our founding member plan ($39/month) — and she’ll receive a $10 Boost voucher as a welcome gift.

  • We take the time to get to know each girl individually through a short intro call (with both parent and teen separately).
Groups are carefully matched based on age, personality, shared interests, and emotional needs.
This helps ensure each circle feels safe, supportive, and aligned.

  • If something doesn’t feel quite right, that’s okay.
We’re flexible and responsive — we’ll check in regularly, and if needed, we can rematch her into a different group that may be a better fit.
Our priority is making sure every girl feels safe, seen, and supported.
